SEMARANG — Politeknik Negeri Semarang (Polines) once again offered an open communication space through the "Ngopi Bareng Direksi" (Smart Chat with the Polines Director) event held at the Polines Campus Directorate Building on Friday, December 12, 2025. The event took place in a relaxed, friendly, and warm atmosphere.
The event brought together students from various student organizations, including student associations (OOOs), departmental student associations, and student activity units (UKMs). This forum provided students with the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with campus leaders to share ideas, suggestions, and address various issues they face in campus life.
In a lively discussion, students exchanged ideas and opinions for the advancement of Polines students. A variety of strategic issues were discussed, ranging from developing student activities and improving facilities to campus support for student creativity and achievement.

Polines Director Dr. Garup Lambang Goro, ST, MT, openly listened to every aspiration and complaint conveyed by students. He emphasized that student input is a crucial part of the campus policy-making process. On this occasion, the Director also provided feedback and offered several solutions as a demonstration of the leadership's commitment to student welfare and development.
The Coffee with Polines Director activity was also accompanied by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Dr. Samuel Beta Kuntardjo, Ing.Tech., MT, Deputy Director for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs Dr. Karnowahadi, SE, MM, Deputy Director for Student Affairs and Alumni Aris Sunindyo, SE, MM, Deputy Director for Cooperation, Public Relations, and Information Systems Dianita Ratna K., ST, MT, Head of Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation Suwarno, S.Sos., MIKom. and Head of Planning, Finance and General Affairs Supanto, SE, M.Si., who also listened and provided explanations according to their respective fields of duty.
Through this activity, Polines hopes to create closer communication between students and leaders, while also encouraging the realization of a conducive, participatory, and progress-oriented academic climate.
