Strategic Plan, Performance Agreement, and KPI Determination

To realize the noble ideals of the Semarang State Polytechnic, Polines arranges development stages every 4 (four) years. The successful development, strengthening, and improvement of Polines that have been achieved in each period as a vocational institution is an important step for the great and comprehensive success of the strategic plan for the achievement of the next period. The Strategic Plan is prepared as a standard to be developed and used as a guideline for Polines in planning activities.
