Welcome to Integrated Service Unit (ULT) Semarang State Polytechnic

Integrated Service Unit (ULT) aims to integrate all public services in the environment Politeknik Negeri Semarang, in providing transparent services and building a zone of integrity.

Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, and Presidential Regulation Number 97 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of One Stop Integrated Services. Bureaucratic Reform in the Administration Strengthening Program and aligning the Strategic Plan of the Semarang State Polytechnic in realizing institutional quality improvement by improving the quality of services based on evaluation in the academic and non-academic fields in a sustainable manner and Strengthening Work Character and Culture.

In accordance with the Secretary General Circular Letter Number 4 of 2021, to obtain Public Information Services and Public Service Complaint Services, the public can use the National Public Complaint Management System for the People's Online Complaint Aspiration Service (SP4N-REPORT!)

In the above services, the public can submit requests for information, complaints, consult, and provide suggestions and input comfortably and obtain assurance of getting a good and professional response. Also make sure to study the Service Standards and Procedures in order to get complete and excellent service.
