VISION

Making HMAB as an organization that responsive and optimally in order to realize a superior, solid, and competent Business Administration Department based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

MISSION

  1. Building the character and morals of Functionaries who are faithful and devoted to God Almighty.
  2. Maintain good communication with the academic community and the general public.
  3. Optimizing the main tasks and functions of HMAB.
  4. Become a medium for conveying aspirations and developing academic and non-academic potential of AB . students

DARMALAKSANA CABINET

Darmalaksana: Means Virtue. Virtue here means that the HMAB cabinet for the 2020/2021 period is described as the successor and pioneer of a new direction that can consider the needs of the Department of Business Administration in an online/offline pandemic situation by filling and decorating the Department of Business Administration with services, mentoring, and activities that can facilitate and develop potential students of the Department of Business Administration.

TAGLINE : Karsa Nan Digdaya

Karsa Nan Digdaya: means that it is hoped that the current cabinet will excel and have the desire (spirit) and good educator spirit (family) to serve the Department of Business Administration and Semarang State Polytechnic.

The Business Administration Student Association is a student organization that aims to be a facilitator for students majoring in Business Administration, whose programs are engaged in research, development of interests and talents, community service, and student welfare.

  • The three red lines symbolize dedication and service to the department, the HMAB of the Darmalaksana cabinet based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
  • Gerigi describes the dynamic management in carrying out the mandate.

OUTLINE OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL BOARD

GBHO or the performance direction of the Darmalaksana cabinet are branding and public service. Student organizations within the scope of the Department essentially have a function as student facilitators, this is the main focus of the Darmalaksana cabinet. To realize the nature of student facilitators optimally, good branding is needed so that the output of Public Service can be felt and conveyed optimally to students of the Department of Business Administration. Branding is how to bring a good image of the organization, Public Service or public service is the provision of facilities that can be utilized by students as a form of conveying information, aspirations, and developing student potential. Branding and Public Service such as:

  1. Provision of accurate and updated information
    Examples of information: Scholarship info, Competition info, Hot info happening in the Department or institution.
  2. Provision of work programs to develop academic and non-academic potential of AB . students
  3. As a bridge connecting the institution with students in terms of conveying student aspirations.

MAIN TASK FUNCTION

a. CHAIRMAN

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty.
  • Responsible for all HMAB activities.
  • Leading, coordinating, and supervising the duties of all HMAB management.
  • Establish communication and cooperation with external parties.
  • Authority to make statements on behalf of HMAB on a matter with the consideration of other management.
  • Report and account for the results of work in an organizational manner at the end of the management period to the entire family of the Department of Business Administration.
  • Authority to make final decisions concerning HMAB.

b. VICE CHAIRMAN I

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty
  • Assisting the General Chair in Organization and handling HMAB activities
  • Authority to replace duties and determine policies regarding HMAB if the General Chair is unable to continue to coordinate with the General Chairperson
  • Deputy Chair I supervises and coordinates the Social Spiritual Division, the Entrepreneurship division, and the Public Relations division.
  • Responsible organizationally to the General Chairperson of HMAB
  • On duty to carry out daily tasks
  • Assist the General Manager in decision making.

c. VICE CHAIRMAN II

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty
  • Assisting the General Chair in Organization and handling HMAB activities
  • Authority to replace duties and determine policies regarding HMAB if the General Chair is unable to continue to coordinate with the General Chairperson.
  • Vice Chair II supervises and coordinates the Student Resource Development division, Research and Development division, Interests and Talents division, and Operations division.
  • Responsible organizationally to the General Chairperson of HMAB
  • On duty to carry out daily tasks
  • Assist the General Manager in decision making.

d. GENERAL SECRETARY

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty
  • Responsible for all matters related to HMAB administration and secretariat
  • Coordinate and assist the General Chair and Deputy General Chair in carrying out tasks related to HMAB administration and secretariat (tupoksi 4 missing)
  • Responsible for coordinating, directing and evaluating the performance of secretaries I and II in carrying out tasks related to the administration and secretariat of HMAB.
  • Compile written reports that have been made by the functionaries.
  • Responsible organizationally to the General Chair of HMAB.

e. SECRETARY I AND II

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty
  • Responsible for everything related to the administration and secretariat of HMAB in the work program.
  • Coordinate with the General Secretary in carrying out tasks related to the administration and secretariat of HMAB
  • Assist the General Secretary's duties in the absence of the General Secretary (help more broadly)
  • Responsible organizationally to the General Chair of HMAB

f. TREASURER

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty.
  • Responsible for all matters relating to the financial management of HMAB including distribution, income and expenses.
  • Authorized to take technical actions related to HMAB's financial problems with the consideration of the General Chair.
  • Prepare monthly HMAB financial reports.
  • Responsible organizationally to the General Chair of HMAB.

g. SOCIAL SPIRITUAL DIVISION

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty.
  • Increase the piety of students majoring in Business Administration to God Almighty.
  • Become a facilitator for Business Administration students in order to increase sensitivity and social awareness in the community.
  • Creating harmony and tolerance between religious communities in the internal and external environment of students of the Department of Business Administration.
  • Responsible organizationally to the General Chair of HMAB.

h. STUDENT RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty
  • Carry out activities aimed at increasing the capacity and quality of leadership and organization of HMAB functionaries and students of the Department of Business Administration in general.
  • Making efforts related to increasing solidarity in order to realize the loyalty of HMAB functionaries.
  • Conduct hunting, recruitment, and training of prospective HMAB functionaries.
  • Conduct regeneration and create student resources who are insightful, highly dedicated and responsible for HMAB regeneration.
  • Evaluate and provide suggestions and solutions that trigger the performance improvement of HMAB functionaries.
  • Responsible organizationally to the General Chair of HMAB

i. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty.
  • Carry out the function of reasoning and evaluation function.
  • Carry out research and development of HMAB and students majoring in Business Administration in the field of academic achievement.
  • Responsible organizationally to the general chairman of HMAB.

j. OPERATIONAL DIVISION
– Household Subdivision

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty
  • Make efforts to support the creation of a conducive and comfortable organizational (internal) atmosphere related to housekeeping for the welfare of Business Administration students and HMAB in particular.
  • Procurement, empowerment, and maintenance of HMAB inventory
  • Responsible organizationally to the general chairman of HMAB.

– Library Subdivision

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty.
  • Authorized to manage and optimize the library of the Department of Business Administration.
  • Provide facilities and infrastructure to develop scientific discourse.
  • Responsible organizationally to the general chairman of HMAB.

k. INTEREST AND TALENT DIVISION

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty.
  • Become a facilitator for students majoring in Business Administration to explore potential interests and talents in non-academic fields in an effort to encourage students to excel.
  • Increase the attitude of solidarity, sportsmanship and creativity for students majoring in Business Administration.
  • Responsible organizationally to the General Chair of HMAB.

l. PUBLIC RELATION DIVISION
– Internal sub division

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty
  • Conduct coverage and publish the activities of the Department of Business Administration in general and HMAB in particular.
  • Looking for information related to the interests of Business Administration students and HMAB in particular.
  • Coordinate with external sub-divisions to foster the existence of infomedia.
  • Carry out advocacy functions.
  • Responsible organizationally to the general chairman of HMAB.

– External Subdivision

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty.
  • Together with the chairman, establish relationships with internal and external parties in the AB department.
  • Give an impression on outsiders from HMAB activities.
  • Coordinate with internal sub-divisions to develop media info.
  • Responsible organizationally to the general chairman of HMAB.

m. ENTREPRENEURSHIP DIVISION

  • Morally responsible to God Almighty.
  • Make a fundraising plan that is useful for the HMAB work program.
  • Become a creative and innovative facilitator in the field of HMAB entrepreneurship.
