SEMARANG – Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) officially submitted documents for the development of an Integrity Zone (ZI) on Tuesday, March 31, 2025. Held in the main meeting room of the Polines Campus Directorate, this important ceremony was led by Polines Director Dr. Garup Lambang Goro, ST, MT, demonstrating the institution's strong commitment to achieving clean and serving campus governance.

This submission plenary meeting was guided by the Head of the POLINES ZI Team, Rudi Handoyono, SE, M. Si. In his report, Rudi explained that the ZI development was a realization of the 2026 Semarang State Polytechnic Director's PK regarding Key Performance Indicators (IKU) number 10. All supporting documents and public service innovations had been uploaded to the system accurately after going through a rigorous internal evaluation process.

“"Today, March 31, 2026, marks a historic milestone for POLINES. Thanks to the hard work of the team coordinated by Rudi Handoyono, SE, M.Si and Sarono Widodo, ST, M.Kom, we have officially submitted our application for the Corruption-Free Area (WBK) designation," the Director stated in his address.

He also emphasized that the ZI spirit should not stop at the document submission stage, but must be internalized in the daily behavior of the entire academic community.

“"Our primary goal is to provide the best possible service to students and the community. This submission serves as administrative evidence of the work culture transformation we are building together," he added.

With this phase complete, Polines is now preparing to move on to the assessment phase by the TPSK (Trial Selection Committee) from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology. All parties are optimistic that the synergy established will lead Polines to ZI certification this year.
