Government Regulation Number 8 of 2006 concerning Financial Reporting and Performance of Government Agencies and Presidential Regulation Number 29 of 2014 concerning the Performance Accountability System for Government Agencies have mandated every government agency to prepare a performance report every year. This report presents performance information on achieving strategic targets along with performance indicators as stated in the 2022 Polines Performance Agreement.
Polines as a reporting entity, in 2022 has signed a Performance Agreement (PK) with the Director General of Vocational Education and set four targets and ten activity performance indicators that must be achieved. Apart from that, Polines as the work unit that implements Public Service Agency Financial Management (PK-B LU) also signed a Performance Contract with the Director General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance which divides its performance indicators into two strategic targets, namely effective, efficient and accountable financial management performance. , and excellent service containing performance indicators in PK with the Directorate General of Vocational Education.
Of the ten performance indicators in the PK with the Director General of Vocational Education, seven indicators have achieved the targets set with the highest achievement level of 160%, while three other performance indicators have not been achieved. In an effort to achieve the target in the Director's PK, there are factors that support achievement, however, there are still problems that need to be solved and solutions sought for the achievement process in the coming years.
Through this performance report, it is hoped that it can provide an objective picture of the performance produced by Polines in 2022. We hope that this performance report will be useful as material for evaluating program/activity and budget planning, formulating policies in the field of education and culture as well as improving performance in the coming year.
