One of the efforts made by the Balerante Village government to continue to advance Kalitalang Ecotourism is to collaborate with the Polines Matching Fund team in the 2023 Matching Fund Program.

The proposal proposed by the Polines Matching Fund team with the title "Community Empowerment by Developing Glamor Camping (Glamping) Tourism and Digital Branding of Balerante Village" was successfully funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology and on Sunday (22/10/2023), a glamor camping (glamping) prototype was launched. ) in Kalitalang Ecotourism as one of the outcomes of the Matching Fund Program.

With the launch of glamping at Kalitalang Ecotourism, it is the first glamping tourism in the District. Klaten.

The launch of the glamping prototype was attended by the Polines Matching Fund team and village heads as well as village residents and tourists camping in the Kalitalang Ecotourism area.

Every visitor can enjoy typical Balerante Village snacks such as boiled bananas, boiled peanuts and boiled cassava.

This launching activity included the handover of a set of glamping equipment by Mrs. Siti Arbainah, SE, MM as head of the Matching Fund Polines team to Balerante Village, represented by Mr. Sukono, Head of Balerante Village.

Siti Arbainah as head of the Polines Matching Fund team stated, "We handed over this set of glamping equipment to Balerante Village to be managed as well as possible. "Hopefully this glamping can help increase tourist interest and increase the number of visits, not only from the Klaten area, but also from outside the region," he said in a release received by Tribunjateng.com.

The launch of the glamor camping (glamping) prototype was followed by a tumpeng cutting activity and a group photo between the Polines Matching Fund team and the village head and representatives of Balerante Village.

The cutting of the tumpeng was a manifestation of gratitude for the launch of glamping in the Kalitalang Ecotourism Area.

The activity continued with an entertainment program featuring a dance performance by the children of Balerante Village Elementary School. The atmosphere became even more festive when the visitors gave saweran to elementary school children.

The glamping launching activity closed with prayer. Glamping at Kalitalang Ecotourism which is the first glamping tourism in the District. It is hoped that Klaten can attract tourist interest so that it can increase the number of visits, not only from Klaten, but also outside the region.
