JAKARTA – The Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Mendiktisintek) Prof. Brian Yuliarto, Ph.D., officially inaugurated Dr. Garup Lambang Goro, ST, MT as Director of Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) for the 2025-2029 period in an inauguration and handover ceremony held in the 3rd Floor Meeting Room of Building D of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Jakarta, Tuesday (22/7/2025).
The inauguration ceremony was marked by the signing of the minutes and the handover ceremony from the previous Director of Polines, Dr. Eni Dwi Wardihani, ST, MT. This momentum was not only a ceremonial change of leadership, but also a symbol of the continuity of the vision and spirit of building a strong and adaptive vocational education.
In his remarks, the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology emphasized that this inauguration was not merely a formality, but an important opportunity to reflect on achievements and formulate future strategies.
"Leadership in higher education plays a key role in preparing competent and adaptive human resources to the changing times," he stressed.
He also expressed his appreciation for the dedication of Dr. Eni Dwi Wardihani, ST, MT, during her tenure. "Thank you for your dedication and contributions to advancing Polines. Her leadership has yielded many achievements that lay an important foundation for Polines' future," he said.
He also emphasized the importance of this inauguration as a new starting point. The Minister invited all campus elements to use this moment for collective reflection and to strengthen synergy to address the increasingly dynamic challenges of education.
