SEMARANG – Politeknik Negeri Semarang (Polines) is holding a program Non-Degree Improving the Competence of Vocational Lecturers at the Polines Campus Directorate, Tembalang, Semarang City, Monday (10/28/2024). This program focuses on "Certification of Senior MSME Consultant and Unity Developer" with the aim of strengthening the capacity of lecturers in supporting the MSME sector and digital technology in Indonesia.
The activity which was attended by 13 State Polytechnics from various regions was officially opened by Dr. Eni Dwi Wardihani, ST, MT, Director of Polines. The 13 State Polytechnics include, Semarang State Polytechnic, Pontianak State Polytechnic, Bandung State Polytechnic, Balekambang Jepara Polytechnic, Bandung Manufacturing Polytechnic, Sambas State Polytechnic, Surabaya State Shipping Polytechnic, Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic, Malang State Polytechnic, Banyuwangi State Polytechnic, Semarang State Polytechnic, Cilacap State Polytechnic, and Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic
The Director of Polines also appreciated the enthusiasm of the 13 polytechnics participating in this program, emphasizing that synergy between polytechnics will strengthen vocational education in Indonesia.
"This cross-polytechnic collaboration is an opportunity for all of us to share knowledge and skills so that the quality of vocational education throughout Indonesia can continue to improve," he added.
With the program non-degree It is hoped that the vocational lecturers who join can develop their competencies in more depth and contribute to building a strong MSME ecosystem and highly competitive digitalization. (ang/Jul)
