Semarang – The Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) carried out Socialization and Technical Assistance for the Management of the Electronic Service Manuscript System (SINDE) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) in the context of Modernizing Manuscripts, Saturday (19/11/2022).

The event was attended by all Polines Employees, both Lecturers and Education Personnel (Tendik) and was carried out in a hybrid, online and offline manner. The socialization participants who took part in person took place in the Director's Meeting Room (RSD), while online participants via zoom meeting facilities. The event started as scheduled at 09.30 and was opened by the Vice Director for Academic Affairs of Polines, Dr. Samuel Beta K, Ing. Tech., MT

In his opening remarks at this event, he said that "In today's all-digital era, the power of social media is extraordinary. Therefore we must always improve our capabilities so that we are always responsive to technology, so that we can innovate for the purpose of sharing information, management and the best service.”

The resource persons who presented socialization material regarding the electronic manuscript layout were Mr. Annuha and Mr. Lucky Adhi Pradana from the Ministry of Education and Culture, where both of them were SINDE Managers at the central level.

In his presentation, it was conveyed that Permendikbud Number 2 of 2019 has defined that the letter application developed to manage electronic official scripts within the Ministry of Education and Culture is the Electronic Official Script System, abbreviated as SINDE. So that all agencies under the Ministry of Education and Culture are required to implement SINDE.

To note, SINDE or the Electronic Service Manuscript System is a system that uses an ICT base. This system helps manage correspondence within the Ministry of Education and Culture so that it can be easier and faster. The appearance of SINDE itself is based on the concept of digital correspondence from an existing platform. SINDE is the result of an update from E-office. This system aims to assist the management of correspondence activities within the scope of the Ministry of Education and Culture. SINDE provides convenience and speed in the flow of sending and receiving letters.

In addition, users of electronic mail applications are certainly familiar with digital appearances and access from SINDE which can be accessed via the address https://persuratan.kemdikbud.go.id.

For access needs such as the username and password used to enter the application can be obtained from the SINDE administrator (Admin) in the respective work unit in charge, as the account owner. However, please note that it is closed in nature and can only be used by ASN.

With the implementation of an electronic manuscript management system at Polines, it is hoped that the management of correspondence at Polines will be easier and faster in sending and/or receiving letters both internally at Polines or between agencies within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
