BASIC EDUCATION BASIC SCREAM 2021, “Get Ready to Learn, and Let's the Game Begin”, UKM NEW PLBS FM

Basic Education Broadcast (Pendas Siar) organized by UKM New PLBS FM is an effort to improve the quality of SME activities New PLBS FM itself also increases students' knowledge, because UKM is a means for students to organize and channel their interests, talents and abilities. In Broadcasting Basic Education itself, participants will be provided with basic knowledge from the world broadcasting such as increasing self-confidence to speak in public (public speaking) and trained to improve soft skills be a good radio announcer. It is intended that later candidates crew can develop and practice directly in the world broadcasting.

As for implementation of Broadcasting Basic Education activities with the theme "Get Ready to Learn, and Let's the Game Begin” by SME New PLBS FM has been held on:

Broadcasting Pendas 2021 activities will be carried out regularly on line by providing material about public speaking by Kak Yana Mahendra (founder "Speaking" sharing space & public speaking course), Theory broadcasting by Kak Raisya Amalia (announcer 98.6 Elfara FM), session material by Kak Adam Pratamaputra (Chairman of the BPM Legislation Body 2021/2022), and KBM Polines material by Kak Fredy Catur (President of BEM KBM Polines) in the form of a webinar to candidates crew. Until the candidates crew can understand more about how to become a quality broadcaster with the public speaking good, understand the world broadcasting, procedures for meeting, and getting to know KBM Polines better.

1. Broadcasting Basic Education Activities with the theme "Get Ready to Learn, and Let's the Game Begin” by SME New PLBS FM needs to be held because:
   Candidate Crew SMEs New PLBS FM can get basic education which will be very useful in the future.
2. Can increase the confidence of the candidates crew to have the courage to speak in public.
3. Upgrade soft skills candidate crew in order to become a good and professional broadcaster.
4. Adding candidate insights crew in the field broadcasting and public speaking.

• The mechanism for implementing the 2021 Broadcasting Pendas activities:
  After the material has been given, a question and answer session is provided for candidates crew who is still confused. On the transition before matter broadcasting and after material broadcasting will be given ice breaker Guess the picture and guess the song game. Then the first day of broadcasting activities was closed by the MC.
• On the second day, the material for the description of the work plan and committee was given with speakers from the parties crew as well as motivational control materials by UKM alumni New PLBS FM in the form of webinars. After the material has been given, a question and answer session is provided for candidates crew who is still confused. At each change in the translation of the work plan, the results of the group introduction video assignment will be displayed. Then the reading of the winner and closing of the 2021 Pendas Broadcast event by MCs.
