The Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology officially inaugurated the Director of the Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) for the 2021-2021 Period, Prof. Dr. Totok Prasetyo, B, Eng (Hons), MT, IPU, ACPE. The inauguration of Primary and State University Leaders from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology was held at the Outstanding Person Plaza, Kemendikbud Research and Technology Building, Jakarta on Tuesday (5/10/2021).
The inauguration ceremony was broadcast live through the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's YouTube channel and Television Education News.
After the inauguration, the event continued with the signing of the Minutes of the Handover of Position and the Submission of the Memorandum of End of Office. Present at the event the Director of Polines for the 2017-2021 period, Ir. Supriyadi, MT.
The inaugurated officials consisted of two Pratama High Executive Officers, four University Chancellors, six Director of State Polytechnics and Head of Subsection TU AKN Art and Culture Yogyakarta. The directors of the State Polytechnic who were appointed were the Director of the Malang State Polytechnic, the Director of the Lampung State Polytechnic, the Director of the Semarang State Polytechnic, the Director of the Kupang State Polytechnic, the Director of the Sambas State Polytechnic, and the Director of the Tual State Fisheries Polytechnic.
Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology, Ir. Suharti, MA, Ph.D., in his speech said that the Ministry of Education and Culture received a very heavy mandate to carry out government to ensure the intellectual life of the nation. Policies and programs must be well planned, implemented with accountability and carefully monitored so as to provide benefits for the benefit of the intellectual life of the nation.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology conveyed a special message to the appointed officials, for the Chancellor and Director of the Polytechnic it is hoped that universities can produce breakthroughs in the development of science and technology in various fields that can be utilized by Indonesia and the world.
"We also hope that universities can strengthen sustainable collaboration between universities and the business world, industry and stakeholders both at home and abroad in the context of the Independent Learning Campus program," hoped the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology invites appointed officials to strengthen internal and external consolidation, build collaboration and create partnerships at the national and international levels which are catalysts for building a better civilization.
