One of the agendas at the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department Student Association, namely Job Application Training (JAT) has been carried out. This activity is the latest agenda in the management of HiMA Aishwarya 2020/2021.
This 2021 Job Application Training carries the theme “Get a Good Job by a Quality Job Application” with the topic of discussion "CV Surgery and Job Interview" with the hope that participants can increase their knowledge and insight on how to make a good and quality CV as well as important things that must be considered during job interviews. This activity will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021, starting at 08.30 – 11.50 WIB. Because the pandemic period has not ended, this activity is carried out online through the platform Zoom Meeting and attended by approximately 400 participants consisting of students majoring in accounting, student organizations delegates, lecturers majoring in accounting, and the committee. Job Application Training 2021 consists of two series of activities guided by a moderator with two speakers who are relevant in their fields. The first activity is in the form of delivering material about the ins and outs of tips and tricks making a CV and interactive practice with participants by speaker Bagas Chandra who is HRD from Fotokopi.idn. The second activity has the same system as the first activity, namely in the form of delivering material along with practices regarding job interviews and training tips and tricks in order to pass the job interview by the presenter Ummu Ulfah Hanifah who is a Branch Manager of the Teacher Room. This event ran smoothly and was proven by the consistency of the enthusiasm of the participants from the beginning to the end. In addition, at the end of the session, participants were asked to fill in attendances containing criticisms and suggestions that could be developed in the next year's Job Application Training. From here the committee can draw the conclusion that the Job Application Training 2021 has been successfully implemented and has received feedback positive from the participants.
