In connection with the need for human resources to support the implementation of activities, the background for the Student Representative Body (BPM) to hold activities "Open Recruitment Staff Expert". The aims and objectives of the activities Open Recruitment Expert Staff 2020 by this Student Representative Body are:
- Make Staff Expert as executor in BPM work program activities.
- Can assist the Student Representative Body in completing its duties and functions.
- Providing non-academic knowledge to Staff Expert.
Forming activities Staff Experts consist of a series of activities starting from registration for 2 weeks and getting 33 registrants. After all the candidate files have been selected and 32 candidates have passed the file selection, then BPM will carry out candidate selection activities Staff Expert. This activity was carried out in stages, starting from the first stage of selection, namely the presentation, then continued with the second stage, namely the interview. After all the selection stages have been carried out, BPM determines 12 candidates who are considered capable of carrying out the mandate as Staff Expert. The ten elected candidates were inaugurated by BPM on November 14, 2020 to further carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the rules that apply at KBM Polines.
