Basic Sports Education 2019 is an activity organized by the SPORT Student Activity Unit with the theme "Printing the Young Generation in Developing Character Basic Education". This activity is a routine work program for UKM SPORT which is held every year at the Semarang State Polytechnic.
This Basic Education is a means to provide basic education, insight, and knowledge to students regarding the importance of sport in life, organizational motivation, administration, and trial systematics in organizations at the Semarang State Polytechnic. This activity was carried out on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 06.00 – 17.00 WIB at UPT PP lt. 3, Semarang State Polytechnic Masters Building.
This 2019 Basic Education activity began with the formation of a committee and continued with rabes-rabes (large meetings) to strengthen the activity plan. On the day of implementation, the activity begins with prepare and briefing committee to avoid mistakes during the event. Then, the opening by the MC, followed by remarks from the Chairman of UKM SPORT and the Chief Executive. Then, continued with the first material, namely Urgentcy Organization (organizational motivation) by Rahmat Hidayat and the second material is the Elaboration of the Committee's Work Plan by Adam Herlangga. Then, to lighten the mood it was held ice breaker. after ice breaker, followed by the third material related to administration, namely Secretarial material by Irma Yoana and Treasury material by Hervindi Resta Pratiwi. Then, the last material related to the trial by Muhammad Faridho Alamsyah from BPM and continued by Ishoma. After Ishoma, the activity continued with trial practice until 14:45 WIB. According to the practice of the trial, continued with the division of groups before the break, praying and changing clothes to prepare games. At 15.30 – 17.00 WIB, it is carried out games which is divided into 5 posts. Not only games, in every post done share, case solving and a more intensive approach. The event closed with the distribution of prizes and a group photo. According to the event, the committee evaluates for improvements to events–events forward.
The 2019 Sports Basic Education activity with the theme "Printing a Young Generation in Developing Character Basic Education" by SPORT UKM was attended by 45 students from the Semarang State Polytechnic.
