ELECTRO STUDENT ASSOCIATION (HME)

 

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE FOR THE PERIOD 2020/2021

 A. PURPOSE OF HME

  1. Serve and facilitate the electrical community, both in academic and non-academic fields.
  2. Take an active role in community service, research, academic, non-academic, social control, and uphold the good name of Electrical Engineering and Semarang State Polytechnic both inside and outside the institutional environment.

B. HME DESCRIPTION

HME (Electrical Student Association) is a student organization at the Electrical Engineering Department level which aims to serve and facilitate the electrical community, both in academic and non-academic fields as well as a means of channeling aspirations and unifying students of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Semarang State Polytechnic and playing an active role in community service, research, academic, non-academic, social control, and upholding the good name of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Semarang State Polytechnic both inside and outside the institution.

  • Functions of the HME:
    1. As a forum for academic, non-academic, and professional development of students in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Semarang State Polytechnic.
    2. As a means of channeling aspirations and unifying students of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Semarang State Polytechnic.
    3. As a means of developing creativity for students of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Semarang State Polytechnic.
    4. As a means of advocacy from students of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Semarang State Polytechnic.

C. VISION MISSION HME

Vision

Making HME a facilitator of qualified and virtuous electrical students as well as the best student association of all time.

Mission

  1. Holding competitive, educative, innovative activities among electrical students.
  2. Implementing the aspirations of the electrical community in accordance with the function of HMJ.

 

D. DESCRIPTION (PI, FIELD, DIVISION) & TASK

  • Core Manager:

1. General Chairman

As the person in charge and coordinator who has the highest power over all organizational completeness bodies under him during one management period.

Duties and Authorities

  1. The General Chair is in charge of leading, managing, and coordinating the tasks of each component of the HME management.
  2. The General Chair acts as the general person in charge of the entire series of HME activities both internally and externally.
  3. The General Chairperson has the right to hold consultations, communication, and cooperation with internal and external parties.
  4. The General Chairperson has the right to make the highest decisions regarding organizational issues at HME without abandoning the principles of democracy.
  5. The General Chairperson has the right to choose and form management during the management period.
  6. The General Chairperson has the right to terminate the management with various considerations in accordance with the AD/ART HME through a special HME meeting.
  7. The General Chairperson has the right to make and enforce policies that are binding into and out with the consideration of interested parties.
  8. The General Chairperson is responsible to HME members in the HME MUBES.

 

2. Research and Development

As a function of control, advisory, and providing solutions to the performance of HME management and is responsible for organizational development as well as coordinator of the HME Polines alumni association.

Duties and Authorities

  1. R&D is in charge of controlling the performance of the HME management and is responsible for the improvement and development and empowerment of the HME.
  2. R&D is obliged to monitor, evaluate, and provide the best solution for the performance of HME resource completeness.
  3. R&D recommends policy directions and development strategies to all HME management.
  4. R & D has the task of coordinating alumni associations and establishing sustainable relationships with alumni of the Semarang State Polytechnic, especially the Engineering Department
  5. R & D is responsible at the end of management to the General Chair.

 

3. Vice Chairman

As person in charge of the performance of the agency under him with the permission of the General Chair and replaces the duties of the General Chair, when the General Chair is absent.

Duties and Authorities

  1. The Deputy Chairperson is responsible for the performance of the agencies under him with the permission of the General Chairperson.
  2. The Deputy Chair coordinates matters relating to internal HME issues including secretarial, financial, and organizational completeness performance with the permission of the General Chair.
  3. The Deputy Chairperson is in charge of representing the General Chair in the absence of the General Chair and always actively coordinating with the General Chairperson and the agencies under him.
  4. The Deputy Chairperson is responsible to the General Chair at the end of the management.

 

Secretary

In charge of taking care of matters relating to the secretariat.

Duties and Authorities

  1. The secretary is responsible for managing and coordinating matters relating to secretarial matters.
  2. The Secretary is responsible to the General Chair at the end of management.
  3. treasurer

In charge of taking care of matters related to finance and circulation.

Duties and Authorities

  1. The treasurer is responsible for managing and controlling all matters related to finance and circulation.
  2. The treasurer is responsible for disclosing the financial circulation to all HME management on the instructions of the General Chair.
  3. The treasurer is responsible to the general chairman at the end of management.
  • Daily Manager:
    • Field is the implementing agency that assists the General Chair in the implementation of work programs in accordance with their respective functions. The fields are divided into 4 namely:
  1. Field of Reasoning

The Division of Reasoning is in charge of managing academic and religious support activities in the Department of Electrical Engineering.

  1. cadre field

The Division of Cadreization is in charge of, among others:

      1. Carry out cadre activities and be responsible for sustainable cadres to increase loyalty and quality of HME cadres.
      2. In cadre activities, the Cadreization Division determines the next quantity of HME management based on the agreement of the old management and the approval of the new General Chair.
      3. Maintaining the stability of the performance and activity of the HME management as well as maintaining the motivation and development of the HME management during the management period.

       3. Community Service

The Community Service Division has duties, among others:

      1. Managing internal and external social activities carried out by HME management or other Electrical Society.
      2. Managing internal and external public relations (PR) at HME.

       4. Areas of Interest and Talent

The Talent Interest Sector is in charge of managing activities to explore the potential interests and talents of Electrical Engineering Department students, as well as supporting non-academic abilities and holding activities that create creative and innovative students.

  • Division is the implementing agency that assists the General Chair in the implementation of work programs in accordance with their respective functions for the development of the organization's potential. Division is divided into 4 namely:
  1. Engineering Division

The Technical Division is in charge of, among others:

  1. Maintenance concerning engineering which includes electronic goods, the Electrical Engineering Department Student Association.
  2. Assist the Department of Electrical Engineering to improve the knowledge and technical abilities of students of the Electrical Engineering Department.

The Engineering Division has the authority to manage and manage its own finances obtained from non-programmed income which is accountable to the General Chair.

  1. Household Division

The Household Division is in charge of taking care of household matters, inventory, and HME regulations.

The Household Division has the authority to:

  1. Giving sanctions to the HME management who do not carry out the provisions set by the Household Division and have been approved by the HME management.
  2. Manage own finances obtained from non-programmed income which is accounted for to the General Chair.
  3. KWU and Division Sponsorship

Division of Entrepreneurship and Sponsorship in charge of taking care of entrepreneurship, improving the entrepreneurial abilities of HME members, and sponsorship in every HME activity.

Division of Entrepreneurship and Sponsorship are allowed to manage and manage their own finances obtained from non-programmed income which is accounted for to the General Chair.

  1. Department of Electrical Library Division

The Department of Electrical Library Division is in charge of taking care of service issues and the development of the Electrical Department Library.

The Department of Electrical Library Division forms its own organizational completeness body that assists the task of the Division Head.

The Department of Electrical Library Division has the authority to manage and manage its own finances obtained from programmed and non-programmed income which is accountable to the General Chair.
