The Student Regiment (Menwa) Mahadipa Battalion 950 "Pati Geni" Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) carried out social service activities and free medical treatment with the theme "Sharing with Love, Giving for Others" at RW 01 Mluweh, East Ungaran, Semarang Regency, Saturday, ( 16/3).
The purpose of this activity is to increase the spirit of caring for others, help residents in need in Mluweh Village in terms of economy and health, and establish friendships with residents of Mluweh Village, as well as fulfill student obligations in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
In addition to Social Service and Free Medical Treatment, Menwa Polines also carries out mutual cooperation to clean up the surrounding environment. Then the distribution of basic necessities by Menwa Polines and free medical treatment by dr. Soraya Syarifah. A total of 80 people received basic necessities, and 28 people received free medical treatment. The majority of residents who take part in free treatment are elderly.
The activity was closed with a meeting with Mr. Modin as Head of Kesrat Mluweh Village and the handing over of placards for Mluweh Village and RW 01 Mluweh Village.
