In order to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among students of the Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines), the Entrepreneurship UKM (KWU) Polines held a Entrepreneur Training Center (ETC) which is held for one day. The activity which took place on Saturday (16/3) was a training activity involving KWU UKM management, Polines students and students from other universities. While the participants who took part in this activity were 111 participants.
A series of events were held at the Polines Auditorium, Polines Campus, Tembalang, Semarang.
ETC activities in the form of training from the first speaker, namely Eko Aribowo from the YES Community (Young Entrepreneur Success). The training materials provided are tips on how to start a business, including building an entrepreneurial spirit, intention, designing a business, proper production, how to turn ideas into real products, capital, determining target markets, how to market products, and maintaining business continuity.
Then continued by the second speaker, namely Galuh Sita Dewi owner GempiCraft who is an undergraduate student in English Literature at Diponegoro University. He started an online business in 2017. The material presented was online business tips and tricks. After the material is delivered, it is continued with a painting workshop pouch directly guided by the speaker. Pouch which have been painted along with the equipment then become souvenirs for the ETC participants.
