NATIONAL SEMINAR OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS 2021 (CENTRIS 2021)

“Demographic Dividend as Opportunity Through Innovative Entrepreneurship”

Semarang, November 20, 2021 – a work program from the R&D division of HMAB, namely SENTRIS 2021 with the theme “Demographic Dividend as Opportunity Through Innovative Entrepreneurship” has been carried out. The holding of the National Seminar on Business Administration aims to raise awareness among students of the Department of Business Administration in particular and the public in general about the momentum of the demographic bonus and how we young people can take advantage of our productive age to become entrepreneurs in order to improve the Indonesian economy. SENTRIS 2021 with a total of 996 registrants and 2,900 views on YouTube in 2 days.

This activity was held in the Auditorium of the Semarang State Polytechnic School One Building, Jalan Prof. H. Soedarto SH, Tembalang, Semarang, Central Java and for online participants via the platform Zoom Meeting and Live YouTube. SENTRIS 2021 invites Berlian Ayu and Andung Ramadhan as Master of Ceremony, Clara Antawidjaja and Octavianti Fransisca as moderators and Fiki Satari and Karin Novilda as speakers.

SENTRIS 2021 begins at 10 am with an opening and a prayer together and begins with a speech from the Chief Executive, namely Anandike Cita Kumala, Head of the Department of Business Administration, namely Dr. Dody Setyadi, SE, M.Sc. and the Director of the Semarang State Polytechnic, Prof. Dr. Totok Prasetyo, B.Eng (Hons), MT, I.PU, ACPE. Then, it was continued with the introduction of the first moderator, namely Clara Antawidjaja. After that, continued with the session talk show with the first speaker, Fiki Satari. Tubagus Fiki Chikara Satari, SE, Dipl.AE, MM or who is often called Kang Fiki is a Special Staff of the Minister of Cooperatives & SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and General Chair of ICCN (Indonesia Creative Cities Network). The material presented by Mr. Fiki Satari was about Indonesia's Demographic Bonus, and how it impacts the Indonesian economy.

After talk show first ending, SENTRIS 2021 provides time for ishoma, with video viewing speech by Angela Tanoesoedibjo and the performance of the UKM KoNSeP Band which made the atmosphere of rest even more filled.

SENTRIS 2021 continued with a talk show with Karin Novilda hosted by moderator Octavianti Fransisca. Chemistry between Karin Novilda and Octavianti Fransisca was very strong and the material presented by Karin Novilda was easy for the participants to understand, namely about business tips, because relate with circumstances real an entrepreneur. How Karin's figure can survive in all situations to maintain the business she runs. Participants were also very enthusiastic by asking many questions both through Zoom Meeting as well as the chat column Live YouTube. The answers and sharing given by the two SENTRIS 2021 presenters are very useful for the provision of prospective young entrepreneurs as well as for business people out there to continue to be enthusiastic about contributing to improving the economy.

Apart from session talk show, SENTRIS 2021 also held giveaway and door prize for lucky and eligible participants. SENTRIS 2021 also opens donations together with Human Initiative to be given to victims who are still affected Covid-19 and appreciate medical personnel.
