The meeting, held on Wednesday (June 24, 2026), was part of Arista Group's efforts to meet human resource needs as its business continues to expand. On that occasion, Arista Group expressed its commitment to making Polines a primary source of professional talent ready to enter the workforce.
Arista Group is a national automotive company founded in 2003 and currently operates over 150 branches across Sumatra, Java, and Kalimantan. As an authorized multi-brand dealer, the company houses various well-known vehicle brands such as Honda, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Wuling, Mercedes-Benz, Yamaha, Hino, as well as electric vehicles from BYD and Farizon Auto.
With its extensive business network, the Arista Group requires a diverse workforce. These needs include engineering and technology, marketing, sales, finance, accounting, logistics, business administration, information systems, and operational management. All of these fields are considered to align with the competencies of Polines graduates.
Under the partnership plan, Arista Group will launch a Campus Hiring program targeting various strategic positions, including middle-up positions. Recruitment will focus on the needs of Farizon's headquarters and manufacturing plant in Jakarta, as well as Arista Group's branches throughout Indonesia.
2026 marks a significant expansion period for the Arista Group, with a target of opening 15 new branches across various regions.
