Polines Strengthens Regional Synergy through an Audience with the Kendal Regent

KENDAL – Director of Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) Dr. Garup Lambang Goro, ST, MT conducted an audience visit to the Kendal Regency Government which was held in the Kendal Regent's Working Meeting Room, Tuesday (30/12/2025).

In the audience, the Director of Polines was accompanied by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Dr. Samuel Beta Kuntarjo, Ing.Tech., MT, Deputy Director for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs Dr. Karnowahadi, SE, MM, Deputy Director for Cooperation, Public Relations, and Information Systems Dianita Ratna K., ST, MT, and the Heads of Departments, namely the Head of the Civil Engineering Department Dedi Budi Setiawan, ST, MT, Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department Abdul Syukur Alfauzi, ST, MT, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department Yusnan Badruzzaman, ST, M.Eng., Head of the Accounting Department Mohamad Hasanuddin, SE, M.Si., Akt., and Head of the Business Administration Department Yusmar Ardhi Hidayat, SE, M.Si., Ph.D.

The audience visit was warmly welcomed by Kendal Regent Hj. Dyah Kartika Permanasari, SE, MM, and members of the Kendal Regency Government. The meeting took place in a friendly atmosphere filled with a spirit of collaboration.

On the occasion, the Director of Polines introduced the profile of Semarang State Polytechnic and its various flagship programs, particularly in vocational education, human resource development, applied research, and community service. He also conveyed Polines' commitment to establishing a strategic partnership with the Kendal Regency Government to support competency-based regional development and meet industry needs.

"Polines is ready to contribute through vocational education, applied research, and mentoring tailored to regional needs. We hope this audience will be the first step in establishing sustainable synergy," he said.

Meanwhile, Kendal Regent Hj. Dyah Kartika Permanasari welcomed the collaboration initiative offered by Polines. She believes collaboration with vocational colleges plays a crucial role in improving the quality of human resources and accelerating development in Kendal Regency.

This audience is expected to serve as the initial foundation for the realization of various collaborative programs between Polines and the Kendal Regency Government in the future, both in the fields of education, training, and regional potential development.
