SEMARANG – Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) received a visit from Samarinda State Polytechnic (Polnes) at the Directorate Building, Polines Campus, Tembalang, Semarang, Wednesday (26/06/2024). Visit in order benchmarking The preparation of the Public Service Agency (BLU) was attended by Hidayat, Head of the BLU Polnes Preparation Team and his staff.
Dr. Karnowahadi, SE, MM as Plt. Director Polines was accompanied by Dr. Samuel Beta Kuntarjo, Ing.Tech., MT Deputy Director I for Academic Affairs and the BLU Polines Drafting Team welcomed the visit from the BLU Polnes Drafting Team to carry out benchmarking.
"Thank you for the visit from Polnes, we are very open, Polines has also been designated BLU some time ago, so I hope that the BLU Polines drafting team can mutually share "both from data processing and so on," he said.
Hidayat, Chair of the BLU Polnes Drafting Team, revealed that currently the Polnes is in the stage of submitting a BLU proposal.
"The thing we want to explore through this comparative study is the data issue which is an obstacle because currently all historical data needs to be synchronized so that it becomes valid. We also have a target that next year it can be designated as a BLU work unit," he said.
For information, BLU is an implementing unit that has flexibility in managing finances and human resources. The BLU team usually consists of a number of staff or officials who have certain duties and responsibilities in managing the activities and functions of the BLU. This team is responsible for ensuring that BLU operations run well, starting from managing the budget, providing public services that meet standards, as well as taking action to improve the efficiency and quality of the services provided.
