The Palebon Football School (SSB) began accepting students in 2017. As the name implies, SSB Palebon is located in Palebon Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang.
The inaugural exercise was held on September 30, 2017 with a total of 27 participants. Currently SSB Palebon has around 115 students divided into 5 age groups, namely 2007-2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012-2017. The age group is determined based on the year of birth of the student.
Along with the increasing ownership of the Palebon SSB Training facilities, of course, an inventory of facilities is very necessary so that the facilities owned are recorded both in terms of quality and quantity.
Currently, inventory activities such as recording, placing, entering and leaving goods, as well as checking the condition or stock of the Palebon SSB Training facilities are still using physical forms manually.
From this problem, team Polines provides Android-based digital inventory assistance to make it easier for Palebon SSB administrators to take inventory of their facilities, both from the process of borrowing or returning goods, collecting data on purchases of goods, the process of numbering goods and making monthly and annual reports.
The Polines Competitive Community Service Team consisting of Sarono Widodo as chairman, Muhlasah Novitasari Mara, Taufik Yulianto and Dewi Anggraeni carried out offline assistance on September 17, 2022 at the Palebon SSB secretariat. Mr. Andi Jumadi Priyatmojo as chairman of SSB Palebon said that the inventory application was very helpful and its use was also very easy.
