November 2020, SMEs PECC re-organizing one of the events that is always held every year, namely Leadership Training 2020. This time's Leadership Training carries the theme “The Next Level of Leadership and Self Development to Climb the Ladder of Success Together”. This activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of Semarang State Polytechnic students, especially new students in 2020/2021 about leadership and organization. Although it is done virtually through Zoom platform, this activity is still attractive to new students, as many as 79 students participated in this activity enthusiastically from the beginning of the event to the end.
In addition, this event was also attended by 53 officers from UKM PECC.
This activity took place for one day, namely on Saturday, November 21, 2020. In this activity, UKM PECC invited three speakers including, Feri Andrian who was the Student President of the Semarang State Polytechnic in 2020/2021, Fa'izal Zuhdi Mubarok who was the Head of the Representative Body. Semarang State Polytechnic students in 2020/2021, and the last one is Syukron Alhakim who is a outgoing SMEs PECC year 2016/2017. The activity was opened with the screening of the Indonesia Raya anthem, and filled with the delivery of three materials including organizational material delivered by the Student President of the Semarang State Polytechnic in 2020/2021, material Student Government delivered by the Chairperson of the Semarang State Polytechnic Student Representative Body for 2020/2021, and the material Leadership delivered by the SME's missionary PECC year 2016/2017. In addition, this activity is also held Focus Group Discussion which aims to train critical thinking participant Leadership Training 2020.
The event went smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activities from the beginning to the end of the event. After this event, in addition to increasing knowledge and skills about leadership, participants are also expected to have a high organizational desire, especially in SMEs PECC.
