The Semarang State Polytechnic Team (Polines) provides assistance to Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Magelang. This time the assistance was in the form of bookkeeping administration training which was recently held in Magelang.
The head of implementing community service activities for the Export Product Development Program (PPPE), Drs. Paryono, S.ST, MT said this mentoring program was attended by 2 (two) SMEs. Participants in this training came from UKM "King Rudraksha" (craftsmen of rare fruit ores, mainly jenitri) and KUB Anggrek Jaya (craftsmen of coconut shells) "The participants who took part in this training were 18 participants from 2 SMEs," he said.
This training aims to provide provisions for SMEs to be able to do bookkeeping properly. "Because the two SMEs are currently still doing very simply," he explained. Only record the entry of raw materials and product release. Whereas these two SMEs have started exporting handicraft products to India, China, Nepal, France. Before there was a PPPE community service program, exports were done through a third party.
"Prior to this training, Polines had also trained for both SMEs through on-line marketing in collaboration with the Magelang City Government and PT Telkom," he concluded.
