Tuesday, Nov 14th 2017, Polines delegation visited Management and Science University's (MSU) campus in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Polines delegation was led by Mr. Kunto Purbono, Vice Director of Planning and Collaboration.
Also joined in the team, Mr. Akhmad Jamaah, the Vice Director of Academic Affairs; Mr. Moh Noor Ardiansah as Vice Director of Financial and Administration Affairs; Mr. Rustono, the Vice Director of Student Affairs; Ms. Lusia M. Silitonga as the Head of International Office; and Ms. Pasa Nurriani Monti as a staff of the International Office of Polines.
The delegation was first welcomed by Prof. Dr. Eddy Yusuf, Dean of Graduate Studies, and Dr. Adam Jaharadak, Dean of Information Science and Engineering. The two then led the delegation for campus tour. After the tour, Polines delegation then met Prof. Tan Sri Datowira Dr Mohd. Sukri Ab Yajid, the President of MSU in his office. The MoA signing between Polines, represented by Mr. Kunto Purbono, and MSU, represented by Prof. Dr. Eddy Yusuf was held after that. The MoA signing was witnessed by Prof. Tan Sri Datowira Dr Mohd. Sukri Ab Yajid; Vice President of MSU, Dato Rosli Yusuf; Dr. Siti Khalidah; Dr. Adam Jaharadak and other Polines delegation. The purpose of the MoA is to strengthen the partnership between two institutions more specifically for the academic transfer program.
Polines team then met representative form Engineering Department and Business Department to discuss about the collaboration for credit transfer and fast track (top-up) program. The discussion includes matching curriculum, transfer period and credit recognition.
Before this visit, Polines and MSU have already signed a MoU in early August which, four Polines graduates from Electrical Engineering to get scholarship to study master in MSU next year.
