Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) has officially opened registration for new students from the first batch of Masters (S2) programs in Applied Telecommunication Engineering.
This first master's program at Polines, was opened in order to produce graduates who are able to develop prototypes of the latest telecommunications and information systems with an inter or multidisciplinary approach to produce tested works, recognized nationally or internationally in the form of national and international scientific publications. In addition , he is also able to propose solutions to the problems of planning and designing the latest telecommunications and information systems based on scientific and technological studies as well as contributing to the planning of the latest telecommunications and information technology research roadmaps .
This was conveyed by Dr Amin Suharjono, ST, MT, Head of the Polynes Electrical Engineering Department when giving an explanation regarding the opening of the Master (S2) in Applied Telecommunication Engineering, at the Polynes campus, Tembalang, Wednesday (18/1). He explained that the profile of graduates of this program is equipped with engineering and managerial capabilities and skills in the field of telecommunication technology and the latest information, including: 5G technology, broadband, wireless and mobile communication technology and automation technology. "This study program is the first applied master in telecommunications engineering in Indonesia," he said.
