Pengukuran kinerja ini akan menunjukkan seberapa besar kinerja manajerial pimpinan Polines sampai ke bidang, jurusan, bagian, pusat, dan unit yang dicapai, seberapa besar capaian kinerja finansial Polines, dan kinerja lainnya yang menjadi dasar penilaian akuntabilitas Polines.\nPengukuran tingkat capaian kinerja ini dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan\nantara target kinerja yang telah
