Basic Education Broadcast (Pendas Siar) organized by UKM New <\/em>PLBS FM is an effort to improve the quality of SME activities New <\/em>PLBS FM itself also increases students' knowledge, because UKM is a means for students to organize and channel their interests, talents and abilities. In Broadcasting Basic Education itself, participants will be provided with basic knowledge from the world broadcasting<\/em> such as increasing self-confidence to speak in public (public speaking<\/em>) and trained to improve soft skills <\/em>be a good radio announcer. It is intended that later candidates crew <\/em>can develop and practice directly in the world broadcasting.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for<\/a> implementation of Broadcasting Basic Education activities with the theme "Get Ready to Learn, and Let's the Game Begin<\/em>\u201d by SME New <\/em>PLBS FM has been held on:

Broadcasting Pendas 2021 activities will be carried out regularly on line<\/em> by providing material about public speaking <\/em>by Kak Yana Mahendra (founder<\/em> "Speaking" sharing space & public speaking course<\/em>), Theory broadcasting <\/em>by Kak Raisya Amalia (announcer<\/em> 98.6 Elfara FM), session material by Kak Adam Pratamaputra (Chairman of the BPM Legislation Body 2021\/2022), and KBM Polines material by Kak Fredy Catur (President of BEM KBM Polines) in the form of a webinar to candidates crew<\/em>. Until the candidates crew<\/em> can understand more about how to become a quality broadcaster with the public speaking<\/em> good, understand the world broadcasting<\/em>, procedures for meeting, and getting to know KBM Polines better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Candidate Crew<\/em> SMEs New <\/em>PLBS FM can get basic education which will be very useful in the future.<\/li>
  2. Can increase the confidence of the candidates crew <\/em>to have the courage to speak in public.<\/li>
  3. Upgrade soft skills<\/em> candidate crew <\/em>in order to become a good and professional broadcaster.<\/em><\/li>
  4. Adding candidate insights crew <\/em>in the field broadcasting <\/em>and public speaking.<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
