This report presents performance information on achieving strategic targets along with performance indicators as stated in the 2021 Polines Performance Agreement.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Polines as a reporting entity, in 2021 has signed a Performance Agreement (PK) with the Director General of Vocational Education and set four targets and ten activity performance indicators that must be achieved. Apart from that, Polines as the work unit that implements Public Service Agency Financial Management (PK-BLU) also signed a Performance Contract with the Director General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance which divides its performance indicators into two strategic targets, namely effective, efficient and accountable financial management performance, and excellent service containing performance indicators in PK with the Directorate General of Vocational Education.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Of the ten performance indicators, five indicators have achieved the targets set with the highest achievement level of 340%, while five other performance indicators have not been achieved. In an effort to achieve the target in the Director&#039;s PK, there are factors that support achievement, however, problems are still encountered that need to be resolved and solutions sought for the achievement process in the coming years.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Through this performance report, it is hoped that it can provide an objective picture of the performance produced by Polines in 2021.
