Training Software<\/em> is one of the work programs to introduce Knowledge Development SMEs, especially to new students at the Semarang State Polytechnic. This activity is in the form of training Autocad software<\/em> for mechanical engineering, Proteus<\/em> for majors in electrical and MYOB<\/em> for accounting majors which are carried out online through face-to-face applications, namely: zoom meeting<\/em>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This event was also attended by talks that provided motivation to the training participants software<\/em>.<\/p>\n

All polynesian students can take part in this activity but the priority is given to new students in 2021 and also active members of batch 26 and STO UKM Knowledge Development in 2021 \u2013 2022. Considering the main objectives of the Training Software<\/em> is branding<\/em> UKM Knowledge Development for new students of Semarang State Polytechnic in 2021. The total number of registrants in this activity is 428 participants. With the following details, namely for training MYOB<\/em>\u00a0 110 participants, for training Proteus<\/em> 128 participants, and 140 for training Autocad<\/em> the majority came from level 1 students at the Semarang State Polytechnic. Registration for this activity is done through the registration form on line<\/em> in the form of google forms<\/em> distributed by the committee through social media.<\/p>\n

Training Activities Software<\/em> carried out 2 times training, which consists of Training Software<\/em> 1, namely MYOB, Autocad, and Proteus training, while the Training Software<\/em> 2 is design training Corel Draw<\/em>. Training Software<\/em> 1 itself is held for two Saturdays and Sundays from 09-10 October 2021 and Training Software<\/em> 2 will be held on 16 \u2013 17 October 2021 which is divided into three breakout room<\/em> for any software training. Prior to trainingsoftware<\/em>, participants are given link<\/em> application software<\/em> given in each group software<\/em> to do the installation first. Under installation software<\/em> itself, the committee provides software links<\/em> accompanied by an installation tutorial video and accompanied by a LO if there are obstacles in the installation and there are also technical meeting<\/em> before training software <\/em>takes place to ensure that there are no obstacles in the installation and also the systematic socialization of the implementation of the training software.<\/em><\/p>\n

In the implementation of Training software,<\/em> the participants were accompanied by two tutors and one LO in each software<\/em>In addition, the participants were given a module containing a series of working steps software<\/em> the. During the training, participants are allowed to ask questions if they experience difficulties in training software,<\/em> good at training events software<\/em> or in the training group software.<\/em> In addition, to anticipate participants who miss or have signal problems during training, the committee provides video recordings during the training so that participants can still understand the material explained during the training.<\/p>\n

At the end of the training, participants are given a challenge to work on the appropriate questions software<\/em> followed to hone participants' understanding of the training software<\/em> that has been done.
