The Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) held a farewell event for the Director of Polines in the Multipurpose Room, Tembalang campus, Semarang (19\/10) offline by implementing health protocols.<\/p>\n
This event was held to welcome the Director of Polines for the period 2013-2017, 2017-2021, Ir. Supriyadi, MT to the Director of Polines for the period 2021 \u2013 2025, Prof. Dr. Totok Prasetyo, B.Eng (Hons), MT, IPU ACPE.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Present at the event were the deputy directors, the Senate, the Head of the Department, lecturer representatives, representatives of education staff and BEM Polines.<\/p>\n
In his speech, Ir. Supriyadi, MT expressed his gratitude for the integrity, commitment and dedication of the deputy directors, senate, heads of centers, heads of units, heads of departments, middle and young functional officers, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Polines. "As well as all ranks of teachers, staff and functionaries of the Ormawa for their support during carrying out their duties," he said. And apologize if there is something missing, wrong and made a mistake while carrying out this mandate.<\/p>\n
He said the flexibility of financial management, optimization of resources, new governance patterns, became trigger<\/em> for Polines to be more rapid in providing services and achievement targets to become an applied university that integrates Technology and Business Innovation. Performance achievements can be base line strategy<\/em> simultaneous development of Quality, Relevance, Competitiveness, Governance and Access Polines.<\/p>\n While Prof. Dr. Totok Prasetyo, B.Eng (Hons), MT, IPU ACPE, who continues the baton as Director of Polines, is committed to continuing what was inscribed during the leadership of the previous director by making adjustments to programs according to the demands of the times which may be more complex in the future. .<\/p>\n "Until today, he said, many achievements have been achieved in his leadership period," he explained. In the future, rapid changes in the environment, both national and global, must continuously be anticipated and responded to critically, creatively, innovatively, with integrity and sovereignty.<\/p>\n With Polines having become a Public Service Agency (BLU) university, it can be a good momentum to improve services and accelerate the transformation in accordance with the BLU's goal to improve services to the community in order to promote general welfare and educate the nation's life by providing flexibility in financial management based on principles of economy and productivity, and the application of sound business practices.<\/p>\n In order to increase the authority of Polines, he stressed, it really depends on the quality of services provided to students, and stake holders<\/em> others because this is a major factor. And according to the base value or\u00a0core values<\/em>\u00a0for State Civil Apparatus (ASN), namely BerAKHLAK, which is an acronym for Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative, is a momentum to accelerate the transformation of ASN, so as to encourage the creation of an increasingly dynamic bureaucracy to support Indonesia's development.<\/p>\n This support for the value of AKHLAK is a commitment from the leadership so that ASN can continue to accelerate in carrying out their duties to serve the Indonesian people, this is because ASN is a service profession that primarily serves the community, so it must be ready to serve and not be served.<\/p>\n We will realize 5 missions, namely continuing what Mr. Supriyadi had previously inscribed, namely improving the quality of relevance and competitiveness as well as graduates with superior character and ethics, improving the quality of applied research, community service based on real needs according to the times, increasing the carrying capacity of governance. A good university as an implementation of the Integrated Smart Campus, Produces professional, character and ethical human resources, and develops a collaboration that I call the penta helix.<\/p>\n Polines is our common home which not only serves as a place, but is also a source of example, a source of virtue, therefore all Polines academicians are obliged to uphold the agreed basic values.<\/p>\n "God willing, I, as an alumni of this Polytechnic, will carry out this very valuable mandate by continuously providing the best performance," he said. With all humility and sincerity, the spirit of integrity and credibility as well as high dedication to this beloved campus, by starting this leadership with good prejudice which means justifying good thoughts, good behavior, good productivity, satisfaction, so that it will result in recognition.<\/p>\n Therefore, I sincerely implore the entire academic community of Polines so that they can work together and join hands to continue to advance this beloved Polines.<\/p>\n
