Pre-Basic Student Management Leadership Training or LKMMPD is an activity that aims to equip new students majoring in Business Administration with basic communication skills, recognize self-potential, build a critical attitude and can position themselves effectively in the organization.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This time, the 2021 LKMMPD will be held separately <em>on line <\/em>via <em>zoom<\/em> which was attended by all new students majoring in Business Administration, totaling 386 people. By raising the theme <em>\u201cGrowing Self Potential and Organizational Spirit to Create a Dedicated Leaders Generation\u201d <\/em>It is hoped that new students can recognize and develop their potential and build an organizational spirit to become a generation of dedicated leaders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first day of LKMMPD activities, Saturday, October 2, 2021, will take place from 07.00 \u2013 12.00 WIB. In the middle of the event, there <em>ice breaker<\/em> in the form of guessing the image of the song title, and doubting puzzles to restore the enthusiasm of the participants to take part in the series of events.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second day, Sunday, October 3, 2021, will take place from 07.00 \u2013 11.00 WIB. The second day&#039;s activity is practice through <em>Focus Group Discussion<\/em> (FGD) by participants who are accompanied by the committee in each of them <em>breakout room zoom<\/em> by raising 2 themes, namely active students vs passive students and <em>fixed mindset<\/em> vs <em>growth mindset<\/em> which of course correlates with the content of the first day&#039;s material.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the FGD activities, participants were asked to work on <em>quizz<\/em> through a kahoot containing the material for the first day and inserting casual questions to re-awaken the enthusiasm of the participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the end of the activity, the winners from three categories were announced, namely video <em>self branding<\/em> the best, the best community service videos, and the most active participants.
