Mechanical Engineering Student Leadership and Management Training or LKM3 is a work program from the field of research and development which is intended for new students of the Semarang State Polytechnic majoring in mechanical engineering, especially new students who want to register ormawa. This activity was carried out on November 21-22, 2020 in the form of leadership and management exercises with secretarial, treasury, leadership materials, trial mechanisms, elaboration of work plans, action management, and outbound.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

LKM3 is carried out offline and online through the media zoom meeting.<\/p>\n

All new students majoring in Mechanical Engineering Polines can take part in this activity. Considering the purpose of LKM3 is to increase knowledge and insight about the organization for mechanical students, foster a proactive and responsible leadership character for machine students, and hone soft skills for mechanical students. Participants who took part in this activity were 147 people. Registration for this activity is done through an online registration form in the form of a google form which is shared by the committee through social media.<\/p>\n

The LKM3 activity was held on November 21-22, 2020 at the Harda Walika Campground and online via zoom. On the first day, offline participants were gathered in front of the UNDIP Law Faculty to take attendance and depart for Harda Walika Campground. Meanwhile, online participants were directed to the same zoom link to take part in the event and make attendance through the google form.<\/p>\n

After offline participants arrived, participants were directed to the hall to carry out the pretest and follow the next series of events. The committee distributed the pretest link for online participants in the zoom chat column. The event continued with the opening, singing the anthem Indonesia Raya, and remarks from the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, HMM Trustees, and the Chief Executive of LKM3.<\/p>\n

<\/em><\/p>\n

Then, the participants took part in the next event, namely, material on secretarial and treasury presented by Ewah Prapti (Minister of Secretariat BEM KBM Polines 2020\/2021) and Meydiana Suryaningtyas (Minister of Finance BEM KBM Polines 2020\/2021). The event continued with a debate. Participants were divided into several groups, both offline and online participants. After the debate is over, participants are directed to do isoma.<\/p>\n

The event continued with the introduction of balloons and outbound<\/em>. Participant offline<\/em> directed towards the field, while the participants on line<\/em> follow activities through zoom<\/em>. When participants offline<\/em> doing outbound, participant on line<\/em> given material about outbound<\/em> and the meaning in each of these games. After activity outbound<\/em> After completion, participants are directed to isoma and clean themselves so they can take part in the next event.<\/p>\n

Then, the event continued with leadership material delivered by Wildan Fadli Dwi Saputra (President of the 2018\/2019 KBM Polines BEM Student). After the material was finished, participants were directed to pray Isha, then proceed to the next event, namely the trial material presented by Muhammad Abdul Karim (Chairman of the Legislative Body BPM KBM Polines 2020\/2021). After the material is finished, participants are directed to do a trial simulation. The event continued with a bonfire which was only attended by participants offline<\/em>. Then, participants were directed to the hall to rest.<\/p>\n

On the second day, participants on line<\/em> directed to link zoom<\/em> the same to follow the next series of events. The committee then distributed the attendance link in the chat column. The event started with material on the description of the work plan and committee delivered by Aurum Rizqianto Fauzi (BEM Semarang Raya Coordinator). The event continued with action material delivered by Frans Josua Napitu (Coordinating Minister for Socio-Political BEM KM Unnes 2020) and continued with a simulation of action which was attended by participants offline<\/em>.<\/p>\n

After the material is finished, participants are offline or online on line <\/em>directed to work post test<\/em> on the link google forms<\/em> given by the committee. After all the series of events are finished, the committee closes the event.<\/p>\n
