Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) cooperates with PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (Icon Plus)<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n This was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the two parties, namely Ir. Supriyadi, MT (Director of Polines) and Kuswowo (Plt Director of Finance and HR of Icon Plus) which took place in the Director's Meeting Room, Polines Campus, Tembalang, Monday (4\/8\/2017). The event was attended by the leaders of Polines and Icon Plus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n In his speech, Ir. Supriyadi, MT (Director of Polines) said that his party is committed to establishing cooperation with many industrial partners. "So that the rapid development of technology in the industrial sector can be absorbed by students," he said. Currently, he said, people's expectations about higher education are not only to educate the nation. But also graduates can immediately work and are relevant to the business world. In addition, research and university service must provide value for the community.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Kuswowo (Plh Director of Finance and Human Resources at Icon Plus) explained that Icon Plus is a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) which is engaged in information technology and telecommunications. Initially Icon plus was founded to men\u00a0support\u00a0<\/i>information technology and telecommunications for PT PLN (Persero) which currently has 67 million subscribers. However, at this time, apart from supporting the activities of the parent company, it is also doing business with companies outside of PLN. "We have collaborated with state-owned banks," he said.
